Distilled on the Garden Isle of Kauaʻi, this rum originates from pure cane sugar and pristine rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale. Twice-distilled in a vintage 1,210-gallon steam-powered copper pot still and cut with local volcanic water, it reflects both craftsmanship and local terroir.

Aroma: A luxurious blanket of vanilla greets the nose, followed by dark semi-sweet chocolate, fresh espresso, and chocolate cupcake notes.
