Origins & Craftsmanship

  • Made by Ki One Distillery / Three Societies in Namyangju, South Korea.

  • Unpeated malted barley; fermented for a minimum of 120 hours in stainless steel. 

  • Double-distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills. 

  • Aged for at least 3 years, using a combination of new American oak (virgin oak) sourced from Missouri plus ex-Kentucky bourbon barrels

  • Bottled at 43% ABV, non-chill filtered, no added coloring. 

  • 700 ml, 2025 Edition
