"Maceration of Bondamanjak peppers, vegetarian peppers, ginger, turmeric, roasted almonds and green pepper. The Bondamanjak peppers and turmeric come from the gardens around the Distillery"

MACOUBA HIGHBALL RECIPE BY JOSEPH AKHAVAN

INGREDIENTS

2    dashes of Bitters J.M Piment Bondamanjak
25ml    of Shrubb J.M
25ml    of Fino Sherry
30ml    Verjuice infused with cardamom
50ml    of ginger ale
RECIPE

1. Pour ingredients directly into a highball glass filled with ice

2. Top it off with a ginger ale

3. Decorate with a thin slice of cucumber dipped in the glass, a head of mint and red fruits
